George is a native born and raised in York, PA and graduated in 1993 from Spring Grove High School. George achieved his real estate license and became a full-time, licensed Realtor in 1996, at the young age of 21. He enjoys staying fit, spending time outdoors riding his tractors and working out at the gym. He is a Platelets donor at the local blood bank on a monthly basis to help those in need.

He has received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements for listings and sales in the South Central Pennsylvania and surrounding Real Estate Market. George started and currently owns his own construction company in 1999, which assist many homeowners with many construction projects every year. George’s genuine passion for assisting those folks who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process with the addition of one’s major investment in real estate – that is what fuels George every day he steps out of bed. Has steadied his way through the ups and downs of the ever changing market. But no matter how the market changes his dedication to service does not.

He believes in real estate himself as a real-estate investor and previous landlord who has done the hands-on work of building, remodeling and rehabbing several properties. This personal involvement in renovating homes has given George an eye for the kind of flaws that would make a house a poor investment. This has also given him the knowledge and experience to assist his sellers in preparing their home for selling. As a result, he has on many occasions advised buyers against making a purchase when it wouldn’t be in their best interest.
